In this hard time, the major concern is our Immune system. Our immunity should be strong to fight against the diseases. For this we need not have to be dependent completely on the supplements.

Good sleep
This means proper rest and enough sleep required by the body. Differs from age to age. An adult requires 6-8 hours of sleep, in old people it is around 7-8 hours and in infants, they need 12-15 hours of sleep, Children should also get a good 8-10 hours of sleep.
Maintain Proper Diet
You don't have to skip your meals, give your body the essential nutrients and nourishment. Avoid processed food move more to fresh and organic produce. Obese or being underweight reflects bad immunity too. Food is a fuel to body and should be provided in the balanced amount.
Exercise regularly
Keep your body in shape and do regular exercise it definitely boots the immunity as it helps your body cleanse inside out.
Avoid/ Quit Smoking
If you smoke then its going actually in the negatives of what boosts immunity and also affects your body in the longer run. Smoking should be avoided.
Drink Alcohol should be moderated
Excess of anything causes damage, so does drinking alcohol. If you drink, then you should actually keep the glasses moderate to self.
Drink lots of Water
Consume water as much as you can, it helps to cleanse your body and also keeps you hydrated.
Increase intake of VITAMIN A,D,C, Zinc, Iron and Selenium
Should include more of citrus fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid consuming processed food and focus more on fresh and organic produce. As per researches it has been found that if we consume freshly pressed orange juices it gives you more antioxidant as compared to canned ones, so please keep that in mind.
Bath daily
Personal hygiene is of utmost importance, your body is a temple and any sort of impurity makes you more prone to fall ill. Maintain proper hygiene and see the difference.
Keep your room clean
A clean home is a happy home, the surrounding by default will have the positive vibrations and standard hygiene.
